Purpose of this Position
本職位的主要目標是開發與優化 Wi-Fi 韌體,提升產品的無線網路通訊可靠度與穩定度,同時滿足軌道客戶應用而提出的需求。候選人需具備 Linux 平台開發經驗,熟悉 Wi-Fi 標準,能夠獨立分析並解決技術問題。在既有平台上滿足客戶營運需求,在新興技術基礎上提供客戶更佳的解決方案。

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • 開發與維護 Wi-Fi Driver/FW,確保效能與穩定性。
  • 使用 C/C++ 語言進行韌體開發。
  • 於 Linux 環境進行開發與偵錯。
  • 熟悉 Wi-Fi 標準 n/ax)及封包交握機制。
  • 持續關注 Wi-Fi 技術發展趨勢,參與問題分析與技術討論。
  • 理解客戶需求,轉化為軟體規格,以交給團隊後續開發。
  • 進行專案與技術管理,以準時交付給客戶。

  • Experience: 5 years and more
  • Language: C(major)/C++

Required Competencies

  • 擁有Linux driver使用C語言開發5年以上經驗。
  • 熟悉 Wi-Fi 標準(3/4/5/6)及其封包交握機制。
  • 具備問題獨立排查能力。
  • 擁有軟體專案開發管理經驗。
  • 具備高度理解力,並能提出見解或建議,以把關需求合理性與效率。
