Purpose of this Position
本職位的主要目標是探尋與開發Wi-Fi 技術與應用的未知領域,提升產品的無線網路通訊的實用度與穩定度。候選人需具備 Linux 平台開發經驗,熟悉 Wi-Fi 標準,具備Wi-Fi驅動開發經驗尤佳。能夠獨立分析並解決技術問題,在新興技術基礎上提供客戶更佳的解決方案。

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • 開發與維護 Wi-Fi Driver/FW,確保現有系統效能與穩定性合乎要求。
  • 使用 C/C++ 語言進行韌體開發。
  • 於 Linux 環境進行開發與偵錯。
  • 熟悉 Wi-Fi 6/7標準及封包交握機制。
  • 持續關注 Wi-Fi 技術發展趨勢,參與問題分析與技術討論。
  • 參與技術研究團隊,包含提案、探討、分工、執行。

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Education: Not required
  • Professional Certificates/Licenses: Not required
  • Experience: 3 years and more in Wi-Fi development
  • Language: C(major)/C++

Required Competencies

  • 擁有Linux driver使用C語言開發5年以上經驗。
  • 熟悉 Wi-Fi 標準(5/6/7),包含封包內容及其交握機制。
  • 具備問題獨立排查能力。
  • 具備高度理解力,並能提出見解或建議,以把關需求合理性與效率。
