你將加入 Moxa 工業無線產品開發團隊,參與射頻與電子硬體的設計、測試與除錯工作。這個職位著重在實作與技術落地,讓你能夠透過實際任務累積對無線通訊產品的開發經驗,從中了解產品設計的流程、關鍵技術與測試方法。

Moxa 的無線產品應用於如工業自動化、智慧軌道運輸、礦業與重工等高可靠度場域,我們對設計品質與產品可靠度的要求極高。你將有機會參與這些高標準設計的驗證過程,學習如何確保產品在極端環境下仍能穩定運作。

在資深工程師的帶領下,你會接觸各種產品開發階段,並參與跨部門的技術協作。這將是你打下扎實硬體基礎、學習射頻設計的好機會,也是一段逐步培養獨立解決問題與技術當責能力的歷程。

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀꜱ ᴏꜰ ʀᴇꜱᴘᴏɴꜱɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

  • 協助無線產品的射頻電路設計與驗證,並撰寫相關測試報告
  • 執行產品開發階段的測試、除錯與測試儀器操作
  • 針對開發過程中遇到的問題,能獨立分析初步原因並與協作團隊討論解法
  • 協助處理產品認證、FA、TS等量產相關技術議題
  • 撰寫與維護設計文件、測試記錄,並與跨部門協作完成交付任務
  • 積極參與部門技術學習與知識分享,持續提升專業能力

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛꜱ

  • Education: -需具備電子、電機、通訊工程等相關科系背景,研究所電波組或修習過射頻、微波、電磁場課程者優先考慮,具備相關專題或論文實作尤佳。
  • Experience: -至少3年無線硬體開發相關經驗,具射頻模組/無線產品實作背景尤佳 -實際參與過產品從設計到驗證及量產階段 -熟悉射頻測試儀器操作及debug流程
  • Language: -中文流利,具備英文技術文件閱讀與英文書寫能力或多益470分以上,俱英文簡報能力尤佳
  • 加分條件: -有Wi-Fi / Bluetooth /LTE/5G / ZigBee / LoRa 等模組或平台開發經驗 -熟悉Qualcomm平台開發流程、RF Layout調整與Desense議題 -曾實際接觸認證測試(FCC/CE)或參與EMC/ESD改善項目
  • 人格特質: -積極主動,能釐清任務目標,主動回報與求助 -溝通清楚、有責任感,能配合協作團隊並承擔交付任務 -對無線/射頻技術有熱情,願意持續學習與精進設計能力

ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴅ ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴇᴛᴇɴᴄɪᴇꜱ

  • 熟悉射頻與電子電路的基本設計與除錯能力,例如線路設計及Layout設計。
  • 熟悉以下軟體工具:OrCAD、Allegro、IxChariot等測試軟體。
  • 熟悉以下測試儀器:網路分析儀、頻譜儀、功率量測器、示波器、綜合測試儀等。
  • 具備測試數據整理與報告撰寫能力,能清楚表達分析結果。
  • 具備跨部門溝通協作與任務紀錄撰寫能力。
