Administrative Business Partner, Technical Infrastructure, Platforms

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in an international environment with working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and region partners.
- 6 years of experience with supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience with serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Experience with spreadsheets and datasets.
- Knowledge of process, project, and program management principles with the ability to apply them to operational tests.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leaders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, facilities and seating requests, and expense report processing. Serve as a trusted business partner, establishing relationships with cross-functional teams and executives.
- Demonstrate attention to detail while navigating ambiguity and executing tasks. Drive operational efficiency and responsiveness by refining existing processes and contributing to the development of new operational strategies.
- Possess excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration with people and job functions. Exhibit the ability to learn new tools or technologies, to enhance work efficiency.
- Promote a positive atmosphere and uphold Google's culture by hosting social events dedicated to team bonding.
- Build Cloud Taiwan visibility and presence within Taiwan Site and work with Taiwan Site leadership team.
