Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver Network services both for BAU and project, scope covers entire Network services in TW (branch network, building network and Data Center network).
- Ensure the infrastructure service align with DBS policy and regulatory requirement.
- Firewall management and analysis (Checkpoint , Palo Alto ,Juniper, etc.)
- Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols
- Configuring and installing various networking devices and services.
- Maintains network and firewall performance by performing network and firewall monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems
- Upgrades firewall and network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements
- Support and coordinate End User services/projects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience skills in network administration.
- Experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Network certificate CCNA/CCNP/CCIE (or the same level )is a plus.
- Ability of network automation is a plus.
