Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Description:
- Data center equipment operation and monitoring, including monitoring of servers, network and other equipment, batch job processing Data center environment and facility monitoring and maintenance.
- Execution and record keeping of routine tasks Data center physical security monitoring, issue reporting and access control of personnel and equipment etc. Monitoring and liaison of bank information system services status
- Planning and configuration of automated scheduling Main duty area planned to be PDC office. (桃園市龍潭區)
- Network monitoring and on-duty personnel will conduct problem checks.
Requisition:
1. Good command of English.
2. Major in MIS will be a plus.
3. Preferred candidates will possess a Cisco CCNA certification (or equivalent).
