Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Description
Drive transformation initiatives to embed experimentation as the methodology to uncover growth opportunities and create delightful experiences.Drive people agenda on enhancing staff engagement and employee journey via implementing T&O key initiatives - strategic Townhall.Project/ event management to design, plan, execute, and evaluate employee engagement initiatives that align with the organization's goals and culture.Strategy planning, transformation agenda, and handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the business and align with Group.Monthly update to local & regional senior management team on Operations COO key performance highlights, budget case and projects.Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvements.Cross-T&O function deliverables on team management related tasks with the aim of enhancing team productivity and improving customer journeys.Provide timely updates and status reports on progress of projects to all key stakeholders; escalate issues in a timely manner.Collaborate as a team player and work closely with stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery and bank-wide initiatives/ administrations.Requirements:
Minimum of one year of working experience in a financial institution or relevant industry.Self-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good time management to deliver the required goals and handle ad-hoc tasks on time.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferably, familiarity with banking products and processes.Fluent in English with good presentation skills.-
