Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement cost reduction strategies with a target of 12% YOY.
  • Skillfully handle the transition of new products to achieve seamless integration.
  • Develop and optimize CIP process recipes to sustain flawless production lines.
  • Coach and mentor team members through one-on-one sessions, encouraging a growth mindset.
  • Strictly monitor and secure SPC inline performance to maintain high-quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in diffusion/implant processes within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to determine and implement effective process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related area.
  • Extensive experience with XP8 processes.
  • Proven track record of spearheading cost-cutting efforts in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with advanced SPC techniques and process controls.
  • Strong track record of leading teams to achieve world-class operational performance.
