Responsibilities
- Lead and implement cost reduction strategies with a target of 12% YOY.
- Skillfully handle the transition of new products to achieve seamless integration.
- Develop and optimize CIP process recipes to sustain flawless production lines.
- Coach and mentor team members through one-on-one sessions, encouraging a growth mindset.
- Strictly monitor and secure SPC inline performance to maintain high-quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in diffusion/implant processes within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to determine and implement effective process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related area.
- Extensive experience with XP8 processes.
- Proven track record of spearheading cost-cutting efforts in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with advanced SPC techniques and process controls.
- Strong track record of leading teams to achieve world-class operational performance.
