As the TY MQC Sr. Manager, the candidate will lead MQC department with high standard. The main focus will be on ensuring the F11 FAB environment and process contamination control are well-maintained and prevent any contamination from AMC, Particle, ESD, Metals, and Humidity. Additionally, the role will ensure FEC & N2 system solutions and transferring new FEC technology efficiently. In the position, it'll involve F11 ChemLab DL development and central supply materials analysis to ensure the quality control of materials supply. There will be ample opportunity to collaborate with cross functions team, FAC, ME, PI, IE, OCT, CPIE, process equipment engineering and GQ for the trace contamination control management and CIP strategies.

Environment Contamination Control:

• Coordinate environmental monitoring and testing in cleanrooms, including particle, AMC, and ESD control.
• Collaborate with FAC/ME to optimize air filtration, airflow design, and temperature/humidity control.
• Conduct regular environmental compliance audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
• Analyze environmental cleanliness and AMC data, and lead improvement plans to reduce contamination impact on processes and products.

Process Contamination Control:

• Monitor, prevent, and improve micro-contamination in processes to ensure FOUP/Process AMC, humidity, and contamination quality.
• Lead NPI/RAMP for N2 LP MOR/POR alignment.
• Collaborate with process engineering teams to analyze contamination sources and provide validated solutions.
• Lead advancements in contamination prevention technologies and develop technical exchanges to maintain industry leadership.
• Assess contamination risks of new materials or processes and provide management recommendations.

Chemical Lab:

• Develop and coordinate standard operating procedures and analytical standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of chemical analyses.
• Plan quality inspection processes for chemicals to meet product requirements and internal standards.
• Review and improve chemical analysis methods to enhance detection efficiency and precision.
• Support other departments with technical analysis and resolution of chemical or process-related issues.

Department Management:

• Build a high-performing professional team responsible for the daily operations of ECC, PCT, and Chemical Lab.
• Develop TLP and skills training programs to improve the team's professional capabilities.
• Handle critical metrics for the department, regularly evaluate outcomes, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the safe operation of the department in compliance with EHS regulations.
