Position Overview: As the OMT YE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our engineering initiatives. You will lead a team of dedicated engineers, implementing strategies that ensure we stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

• Successfully implement engineering projects that align with Micron's strategic goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
• Determine project requirements and ensure flawless execution from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve world-class results.
• Monitor and analyze engineering performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes.

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in engineering management with a track record of successful project implementation.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience working in the memory and storage solutions industry.
