Our client is a Global F&B Brand operating under a well-established international structure. The Taiwan entity plays a crucial role in connecting global IT standards with local operational needs, supporting store operations while driving digital efficiency and profitability.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Taiwan IT team (9-12 members), covering Infrastructure, Applications, and Service Delivery.
  • Ensure IT operations meet global standards while supporting local business demands.
  • Oversee infrastructure and cybersecurity (AWS, Azure, network, and endpoint management).
  • Manage enterprise applications such as POS, BI (Power BI / Tableau), and Microsoft tools.
  • Drive IT governance: budgeting, KPI setting, vendor management, and change control.
  • Collaborate with business units (Marketing, Finance, Sales Ops, HR) to optimize workflows and enable operational excellence.
  • Provide project leadership for system integration, EHR replacement, and process digitalization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management, preferably within F&B or retail industries.
  • Strong track record in store IT operations, POS system management, and multi-site infrastructure.
  • Capable of balancing hands-on operations with project management and strategic planning.
  • Fluent English communication for daily collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Confident, decisive leadership style with the ability to manage diverse team personalities.
