Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple F&B counters within multiple markets and drives sales based on wider business and regional goals.
  • Monitors sales revenue and targets and takes corrective measures as appropriate.
  • Communicates company wide policies and guidance to F&B counter teams and drives implementation.
  • Ensures required trainings and education across assigned multiple markets, and responds to queries.
  • Organises information and announcements for new products and service launches as appropriate.

Desirable experience

  • Generally extensive level of experience in F&B retail
