The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will report to the HR Director and acts as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. -Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent. -Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in team's productivity.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and change management initiatives. -Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role in Retailing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
