Work You'll do

  • Consultation and representation in intellectual property and business litigation.
  • Consultation and representation in general civil, criminal, and administrative litigation.
  • Corporate governance and intellectual property management projects.
  • Digital technology law and emerging legal services.
  • Consultation on labor issues, labor law compliance, as well as labor mediation and litigation representation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with coursework in Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, or Criminal Law.
  • Background in engineering or information technology is a plus.
  • English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 800 or above is preferred.
  • Completion of pre-bar training is not required.
