We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to lead strategic initiatives and shape Micron's inorganic growth strategy, positioning us as a leader in next-generation memory and storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic AI/ML initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with Micron's global vision.
• Support or run independently workstreams for due diligence and the project manage large cross function teams for results
• Build and maintain relationships with companies within our value chain to advance strategic objectives.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and execute high-impact corporate development opportunities.
• Monitor AI ecosystem trends and provide domain insights in areas such as SMAI, physical AI, advanced packaging and data center systems/software.
• Prepare executive-level briefings for senior leadership, the Board, and the Investment Committee.
• Influence organizational alignment through clear, actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in data center semiconductors, hardware systems, and/or software.
• Strong consulting background and strategic thinking capabilities highly desired
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and business applications.
• Proven ability to drive both organic and inorganic growth beyond memory-centric solutions.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Able to travel frequently internationally at 25% of the time.

Education

• Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• MBA from a Tier 1 university; international education or work experience preferred.
