Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd is currently seeking applicants for Subcontractors (OSAT) Management, Sr Manager to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting outsourcing activities while leading a cross-functional team to ensure the successful completion of projects. Key responsibilities include managing operations with OSATs to ensure stable delivery, timely resolution of issues, and cost-effective production. You will also define, propose, and develop suitable candidates for outsourcing projects, ensuring accountability for stable mass production. Additionally, you will lead the outsourcing team to align with and achieve company goals, fostering a growth mindset throughout the process.

What you will be doing :

1.Leading outsourcing team to manage subcontractors' operation & support;

2.Coordinate functional departments and subcontractors to identify company plan or requirement;

3.Drive subcontractors to ensure mass production as planned;

4.Take effective action, provide technical or commercial supporting to subcontractors for resolving issue timely;

5.Collect dynamic information of competitors analysis, market situation and supply chain movement to define outsourcing directions and strategies for company KPIs.

What you will bring along:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent;

2. At least 8 years experience in engineering or operation function of semiconductor;

3. At least 5 years experience in management position;

4. Fluent verbal & written English;

5. Familiar with "Diodes process" & "Semiconductor package/assembly process".
