Position Summary
【
Purpose of Role
】

• Responsible for the accurate processing of FF&E in compliance with local regulation.
• Provide accurate FF&E reports to management.
• To liaise with all departments to ensure FF&E and restricted items are accurately maintained.

Cast Key Responsibilities
】

• Control of fixed assets in each department efficiently.
• FF&E inventory taking for all departments.
• Maintain of FF&E items in inventory system in accordance with accounting system.
• Prepare of monthly depreciation expense.
• Purchase requisition, inventory taking, receiving, transfer and deposal of FF&E items..
• Control of departmental restricted items, such as camera, walkie talkie, etc in all departments.
• Prepare of departmental restricted item report for CEO' review every 6 month.
• Following the local FF&E regulation.
• Other finance related tasks assigned by superior.
