BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.
 About the Opportunity: As an OTC Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding all clients'/suppliers' needs. Your main tasks will be: 1) Accurately identify which clients/suppliers can do what type of deals. 2) Broadcast the requested quote to all relevant Groups within a short time. 3) Record all potential deals. Responsibilities:
  • Provide satisfied service experience to clients actively & passionately.
  • Deal with the query and solve the issues from clients through multi-channels such as mail, and social media.
  • Collect the requests and opinions from clients and feedback to relevant Groups. 
  • Audit the qualification of the applied clients. 
Requirement:
  • Able to deal with complicated tasks.
  • Conscious of providing good customer experience. Able to deal with complex situation calmly.
  • Sensitive to track the progress of tasks spontaneously.
  • Team player. Able to collaborate with cross-groups effectively.
  • Possess good logic and excellent communication skill.
  • Middle level in English.
