We are seeking a proactive and ambitious professional to join as Operations & Business Management Associate, reporting directly to the COO. This role offers broad exposure across risk monitoring, business management, and global client engagement, ideal for talents who want to accelerate their careers in an international-facing environment.

Responsibilities


• Provide analytical and operational support to management teams


• Assist in monitoring liquidity, portfolio data, and risk-related metrics


• Coordinate with global financial institutions and external service providers (prime brokers, custodians, administrators, auditors, and banks)


• Support process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives


• Prepare materials for investors, counterparties, and external stakeholders


• Partner with COO on cross-functional projects and business initiatives

Qualifications


• 2–6 years of experience in financial services (IB, custody, fund admin, Big 4, or related fields)

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage global institutions and build networks


• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn, with data/tech skills as a plus


• Thrives in fast-paced, high-exposure environments with strong mentorship and international collaboration
