Dispute & Grievance Management

處理員工爭議、不當行為案件與申訴調查。.

執行查證訪談、蒐證、撰寫調查報告並提出建議處置。

確保案件依時限完成並符合法令與內部規範。

ER Risk Identification & Mitigation 

辨識並降低性騷擾、不法侵害、歧視、報復及其他不當職場行為的風險。

就懲處、文件紀錄及預防措施向主管提供 ER 專業建議。

參與勞資會議並提出 ER 專業建議,以強化合規與前期風險預防。

Employee Engagement & Communication Activities 

規劃並執行員工參與活動及各類內部溝通活動。

辦理 RGM workshop、ER 說明會及溝通會議,提升一致性並支持營運端。
協助規劃雇主品牌專案與活動,強化公司在內外部勞動市場的雇主品牌形象。

Talent Development Support
協助職能測評等人才發展相關專案之規劃與推動,並結合測評結果作為後續人才發展規畫與 ER 風險預防之參考。

與相關單位合作,依據組織需求,共同規劃內部訓練發展方案,以協助辨識高風險團隊或潛在管理議題。

其他主管交辦事。



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
人力資源、勞資關係、心理、法律等相關科系學士以上。 2–4 years of HR experience; ER, BP、HR operations 有經驗者尤佳。
2–4 年 HR 經驗;有 ER、BP 或 HR 行政經驗者佳。 Experience handling employee complaints, conflict resolution, labor issues, or frontline HR is a strong plus.
具員工申訴處理、衝突協調、勞資議題或第一線 HR 實務經驗者佳。Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume, fast-paced industries preferred.
有餐飲、零售、飯店等大量員工且節奏快的產業經驗尤佳。
