Job Responsibilities:

1.餐廳品質與食品安全管理:

建立、導入與維護餐廳食品安全與品質管理制度協助餐廳處理食品安全與品質異常事件,進行原因分析、改善追蹤與成果確認。

2.餐廳病媒管理:

規劃並督導餐廳病媒防治作業,確保防治成效符合食品安全與公司要求負責與病媒防治廠商之溝通、協調、監督與績效管理

3.供應商品質管理:

執行供應商稽核、評鑑與核准作業,確保其符合公司與法規要求審查並確認供應商GFSI相關驗證文件之有效性與符合性進行原物料食品安全風險評估,管控潛在食品安全風險

Requirements:

1. 大專以上食品相關科系畢業

2. 有食品品質安全管理經歷者佳

3. 有食品技師證照者佳

4. 英文聽說寫能力中等
