Description
工作內容

1. 品牌/產品推廣與行銷工具產製:
- 配合公司轉型方向,規劃並執行整體行銷策略與專案,強化市場溝通與品牌價值。

- 進行跨部門溝通、產製推廣品牌與軟體解決方案的素材(如 : 紙本/數位格式的型錄、傳單、文章等)。

2. 活動企劃與執行:
- 整合業務、管理等部門需求,策劃具體執行方案,確保活動品質與參與體驗。
- 負責活動執行前中後期之規劃與執行、協力廠商溝通、贈品採購、預算控管與成果追蹤。

- 活動包含國內外業務獎勵旅遊的規劃與執行,負責籌劃客製化行程、與廠商協調溝通,以營造Top Sales尊榮體驗、提升員工向心力

必要條件
  • 具備2年以上行銷企劃或活動企劃經驗,有獎勵旅遊規劃經驗尤佳。
  • 擅長專案管理與跨部門溝通協調。
  • 熟悉Office文書工具,具提案簡報能力。
  • 具備創意發想能力與問題解決能力。
  • 對品牌推廣、員工體驗與企業文化有高度敏感度與熱情。
加分條件
  • 有與旅行社或活動公司協作經驗。
  • 曾經參與公司轉型、品牌重塑或軟體導入行銷專案。
  • 能適應彈性工時與出差安排。
