1. 員工關係管理與輔導

• 定期主動了解員工狀況,提供諮詢與輔導服務。

• 協助解決員工與主管之間的衝突或溝通障礙。

• 執行員工滿意度調查,分析結果並提出改善建議。
2. 申訴與紀律處分處理

• 受理並調查員工申訴與工作爭議案件,提出處理建議。

• 執行並追蹤紀律處分流程,確保公平、公正與合法。
3. 政策與規章管理

• 協助撰寫、修訂及推行員工行為準則、員工手冊與勞動相關政策。

• 監督公司制度的落實與員工遵循情形。
4. 勞動法令遵循

• 密切關注勞動相關法規的變動,確保公司人事制度合法。

• 提供法令解釋與人資合規建議,降低法律風險。
5. 勞資會議與溝通平台

• 協助籌辦並參與勞資會議,作為公司與員工之間溝通橋樑。

• 建立有效的員工溝通機制,如意見箱、座談會等。
6. 調查與報告撰寫

• 執行內部調查(如騷擾、歧視、職場霸凌等案件)。

• 撰寫調查報告並向主管或法務單位提供建議。
【需求條件】 1. 具員工關係或人力資源相關實務經驗5年以上
2. 熟勞動相關法令
3. 具良好人際溝通技巧,能快速地與內外部利害關係人建立良好關係
