Assistant Manager, Supply Planning Management

Rambus, a premier provider of chips and silicon IP, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager, Supply Planning Management to join our Operations team . In this role, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry to develop technologies that make data faster and more secure.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making critical decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and forecasts to anticipate demand and ensure optimal inventory, levels, avoiding both stockouts and overstocking.
• Partner with the Finance team to develop accurate inventory projections aligned with financial forecasts and budget targets, improving inventory turnover and cost efficiency.
• Utilize advanced Tableau skills to design interactive dashboards and visualizations, enabling real-time inventory tracking and data-driven decision-making across supply chain and finance teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of materials, components, and finished products while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and advocate for tools that enhance operational visibility, planning scalability, and overall efficiency.
• Proactively identify risks and issues in the supply chain and drive timely resolutions with agility and precision

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor planning, operations, or related functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact, professionally across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and/or coding languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus, supporting advanced analytics and automation in supply and inventory planning.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Management, or a related field is typically required
