We are currently seeking for an
Account Manager to join our TW/HK Commercial Team in Taipei
. If you are passionate about science, love working with people, and are motivated by results, we want to hear from you

This position is part of the TW/HK Commercial Team and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales of our life science products and solutions.
• Identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle leads generation to closing.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, technical support, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Achieving sales targets and reporting regularly on progress and forecasts.

The essential requirements for the role include:

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field and 5 years of working experience in the fields of instrument sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A current Taiwanese driver's license and ability travel in Taiwan and globally when required.

Preferred qualifications that will make you stand out:

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• TOEIC score above 750 is preferred.
