Client Service Representative

  • Work closely with client for accurate and timely payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances and tax (national taxes and regional taxes) related calculation
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in and accurate, timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain client relationship to improve client's satisfaction
  • Provide suggestions, counselling, and updates to Clients in areas of Labour Laws, payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances, Individual Income tax policy, HR processes etc.
  • Maintain internal services procedure manuals and business process documents
  • Participates in testing and validation of services and system upgrading
  • Assist Client Service Manager in reviewing and improving services processes and procedures
  • Participates in Clients meeting to provide expert HR and Service advices.
  • Be capable of offering mentoring to new CSR.
  • Provide Training to Client, and internal operation teams when necessary.
  • Support in SOC
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related
  • With 5 years + hands on Payroll & Lodgement experience, or HR professional particularly in the area of C&B and labour law
  • Be familiar with salary structure, employment, Statutory benefit., payroll and tax rules
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Professional attitude, efficient, and attention to details
  • Good team spirit, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good computer skills particularly in Excel, and Word
  • Good Team Player
  • Enjoy collaborating with Cross Function to win together
