1.Investigate sales misconduct.

2. Conduct periodic SOP/Boundary listreviewand training.

3.Develop and maintain SOP toensure compliance with regional policies and local regulations.

4.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales monitoring reports and strengthen control points/mechanisms.

5.Timely completion of sales surveillance reports and sales health checks.

6. Support BIF revision, SCSA, andfulfill information requests for internal and external audits.

Criteria:

1.University or above.

2. With at least3 years related experience and expertise in employee mis-conduct investigation.

3. Familiar with banking branch operations /sales process or control assurance techniques.

4. Good investigation and presentation skills, such as evidence collection, information gathering, related party interview, meeting material preparation and presentation to senior levels.

5. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of records and information.

6. Aggressive, positive thinking and task-oriented.

8. Good in MS office tool, including Excel and PowerPoint.

9. Willing to take challenge, ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
