Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track Banca KPIs across branches, segments, and sales teams
  • Conduct scenario analysis and develop data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Analyze performance trends to identify growth levers and improvement areas
  • Support management in defining business priorities, product mix, and partnership strategies
  • Support management in formulating Banca growth roadmaps and resource allocation strategies
  • Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, including business units, control functions, and senior management, to align goals and execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Business Planning, preferably in the banking or insurance services industry
  • Strong plus if with financial/Budget planning knowledge and skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
