Company:MarshDescription: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy and Aviation team. This role will be based in Taiwan.

We will count on you to:

  • Conducting risk analysis, developing and implementing insurance plans, arranging and negotiating insurance terms
  • Securing client agreement on renewal strategies
  • Daily operations encompass policy maintenance, placement, negotiation, claims handling, regular meeting, reporting, and client training.
  • Lead and mentor junior talent to drive new business development, fostering growth and innovation within the team.
  • Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues
  • Coordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered
  • Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant field
  • 8+ work experience in general insurance preferably broking background
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex issues and propose logical, actionable solutions.  Diligent, organized and good time management
  • Demonstrate strong resilience in a competitive business environment.
  • Proficient in the use of the computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
