【Job Description】

  1. Lead the team to achieve various operational goals.

  2. Coordinate with different departments to develop short-, medium-, and long-term business plans and projects, and regularly track the process.

  3. Plan and review the rules governing the internal management of company.

  4. Production scheduling, delivery, manpower, output and cost supervision and control of the production department.

  5. Conduct competitor analysis according to the company's brand tonality, and develop marketing strategies, while continuing to develop digital e-commerce operations.

  6. Conduct performance management for the operations of various administrative logistics units such as target management, financial budget, cost control, talent cultivation, and performance management.

  7. Coordination and distribution of tasks among various departments, as well as coordination and integration of internal and external communication, to ensure the smooth operation of the organization

  8. Through resource integration and cross-industry alliance, assist the company to continue to expand domestic and foreign business

  9. Promote the implementation of other matters assigned by senior executives and development projects.

【Qualifications】

  1. More than 5-8 years management experience in catering retail channels or food production and manufacturing (more than 5-8 years).

  2. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

  2. Good at number, ability to judge problems efficiently and provide powerful insights and suggestions.
