Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant at SUPACAZ located in Taipei. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communication and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in preparing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Taipei
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in the cycling industry is a plus
