Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taipei. As an Account Manager for the California Sunglass Brand - Cycling Baseball division at SUPACAZ, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include client communication, sales strategy implementation, order management, and market analysis. Additionally, you will coordinate with various internal teams to meet company goals and represent the brand at events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategy Implementation
  • Experience in the Cycling or Sports Equipment industry
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
