What You Will Do

  • Proactively develop and reach out to potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and provide digital marketing campaign proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to execute projects and deliver final reports.
  • Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Participate in internal team meetings and activities.

Who You Are

  • Experience in media marketing planning or B2B sales.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and highly proactive in your work approach.
  • Familiar with influencer and creator collaboration models.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, influencers, and advertising.
  • Highly aware of trending topics on the internet.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communicator, efficient, and with a good sense of humor.
  • Resilient, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Used to managing work performance with data-driven metrics.

Nice To Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in media sales or media planning.
  • Avid follower of YouTubers and influencers, with an understanding of different creator styles.
  • Experience working with influencers/creators is a plus.
  • Background in media, Meta advertising, ad placements, or ad networks is a big plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible.
  • Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
