業務拓展與商務經理負責透過策略性合作、客戶開發以及商務推進等方式,帶動營收成長並拓展市場版圖。此職位將全盤規劃與執行符合組織目標的業務策略,確保在目標市場中達成可持續的成長與獲利。

主要職責:

業務拓展與銷售

  • 領導並推動 ISCA商學院全方位課程、產品及學習解決方案的銷售工作,包括但不限於持續專業發展(CPD)培訓、Accountify、BoardFlix 以及企業/內部培訓計畫。
  • 透過市場研究、主動拓展和合作夥伴關係,識別並開拓新的業務機會。
  • 透過人脈網絡、活動及線上平台獲取潛在客戶,並確保及時跟進與成功轉化
  • 制定並執行策略性銷售計劃,以達成並超越年度關鍵績效指標(KPI)。
  • 將銷售策略轉化為實際銷售,透過推廣 ISCA 學院的培訓和其他企業/內部專案來推動收入成長。

合作與利害關係人關係管理

  • 代表 ISCA商學院參與各類活動、路演及展覽,以提升品牌曝光度並推廣相關課程與產品。
  • 建立並維持穩固的客戶關係,提供符合其需求的客製化培訓解決方案。

創新與成長計劃

  • 以創業思維構思、試行並實施創新項目,推動市場成長,強化 ISCA商學院在當地市場的影響力。
  • 密切關注產業趨勢、競爭動態及新興需求,以優化銷售策略並識別新的成長機會。
  • 與內部團隊合作,制定有效的行銷資料,並定期向管理階層報告銷售表現與相關數據。

職位要求:

  • 擁有任何相關學科的學位
  • 擁有相關經驗的文憑持有者也將被考慮
  • 擁有至少 5 年的業務拓展經驗和/或教育和/或培訓行業的銷售經驗者優先考慮。
  • 具備豐富的銷售經驗,業績記錄顯示能夠達到或超越銷售目標
  • 具備優秀的利害關係人管理和人際交往能力,能夠與內部和外部利害關係人建立並維持有效的關係
  • 具備良好的研究、分析、寫作和演講能力
  • 能夠獨立工作,同時也能有效地與團隊成員合作
  • 擁有積極的心態、堅韌不拔的毅力和快速學習能力,能夠應對客戶拒絕並不斷改進開發和促成銷售線索的方法。
  • 英語口說和寫作能力均達到相當熟練的水平

The Business Development & Commercial Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and commercial initiatives. This role oversees the development and execution of business strategies that align with organisational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in the targeted market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Commercial Sales

  • Lead and drive the sales of ISCA Academy's full suite of programmes, products, and learning solutions, including but not limited to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training, Accountify, BoardFlix, and corporate/in-house programmes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Generate leads through networking, events, and online platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual KPIs.
  • Translating sales strategies to actual sales that drives revenue through promoting ISCA Academy's trainings and other corporate/in-house programmes.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent ISCA Academy at events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase visibility and offerings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored training solutions to meet their needs.

Innovation & Growth Initiatives

  • Drive market growth by adopting an entrepreneurial approach to conceptualise, pilot and implement innovative initiatives that strengthen ISCA Business Academy's presence in the market.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging needs to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing materials and provide regular sales performance updates to the management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in any related discipline.
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and/or related sales experience in education and/or training industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills
  • Independent worker with the ability to also collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Positive mindset, unfailing resilience, and ability to learn quickly, to counter customer rejections and evolve new methods to generate and close leads.
  • Reasonably proficient in both speaking and writing in the English language
