Job Summary
This role is responsible for contract renewal and client relationship management for our logistics and warehousing services. Following DKSH's contract guidelines and client management principles, you will strengthen and expand partnerships, regularly review revenue performance, and ensure smooth contract extensions. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that support client business growth while achieving the company's sales targets.

*General Responsibilities*

  • Prepare and complete client contracts in compliance with DKSH contract manual to ensure profitability for both new and existing customers.
  • Regularly manage client business needs and identify upselling opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Act as a bridge between Business Development and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handover and integration of new or existing businesses to the business owner.

  • Experience or concept on ERP or SAP is a plus
  • Above 5 years relevant experiences

Education
Bachelor's degree and above.
