研華誠摯邀請具備豐富經驗的Product Manager加入研華,負責推動AI-Powered醫療級工業電腦產品的發展,如X86主機板、Medical Box PC等。此職位涵蓋產品全生命周期的管理,從市場調研、產品規格制定到Go-to-Market策略的擬定。

主要工作內容

  • 主要負責研華自有品牌醫療級電腦產品的開發與新產品規格的定義,這項工作將使您有 機會對全球醫療科技發展做出實質貢獻。
  • 深入參與產品設計與組裝流程,優化硬體配置,確保性能與可靠性達到醫療級要求,特別是對於X86主機板、Medical Box PC 等產品的技術細節和規格制定。
  • 協助標準產品的客製化項目,包括報價、時程控管和技術評估,確保客戶需求與產品能力之間的完美契合。
  • 制定並執行產品銷售和行銷策略,推動市場滲透,增加產品在醫療應用中的採用率。
  • 全面管理產品的生產、組裝和售後支持流程,迅速處理生產及客戶反饋問題,確保產品 的高品質與高客戶滿意度。

人才需具備

  • 至少5年以上產品管理經驗,並具備豐富的電腦產品開發與規格定義的能力,尤其是在 醫療級電腦相關領域。
  • 熟悉產品開發流程,特別是NPI(New Product Introduction),能夠帶領團隊高效推 動新產品進入市場。
