【Job Description】

★ This role begins with in-store foundational training (training duration may vary by individual), where you will learn key skills and pass required evaluations.

• Oversee store operations in the U.S. market, ensuring standardized execution of overseas operational systems.
• Conduct regular store inspections, audits, and coaching sessions; provide actionable improvement suggestions on staff performance, service quality, product presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Support U.S. franchisees or agents with staff training, onboarding education, and brand value communication.
• Report on U.S. operational challenges, propose practical solutions, and coordinate with HQ cross-functional teams.
• Assist in planning and supporting new store openings in the U.S., including layout recommendations, staff scheduling, and launch event execution.
• Consolidate U.S. operational data and KPIs, providing analysis reports for management decisions.
• Travel to or short-term assignments across U.S. states as required.
• Ensure compliance with local U.S. labor laws, food safety standards, and operational regulations.
• Manage effective cross-time-zone communication between Taiwan HQ and U.S. franchisees/teams.

• Optimistic personality, open to challenges, highly flexible, and adaptable to fast-changing company strategies.
• Strong emotional resilience; able to stay calm under pressure and handle challenges with professionalism.
• Clear and effective cross-cultural communication skills, bridging differences between Taiwan HQ and U.S. teams.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience simplifying complex workflows into standardized, reviewable processes.
• 1–2 years of experience as a store supervisor or in a startup company.
• Familiarity with Notion software.
• Background in F&B operations or familiarity with the U.S. dining culture.
• Bilingual (Mandarin & English) communication skills, capable of handling diverse franchisee and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, food safety standards, and local business practices.

【工作內容】 ★

• 此職務需在門店基礎訓練(依個人狀況延長或縮短訓練期),學習各項技能並通過考核 負責美國市場之門市營運督導,協助海外營運體系標準化落地與執行追蹤。
• 定期進行門市巡查、營運稽核與輔導,針對人員操作、服務品質、商品呈現、衛生安全等提供改善建議並執行落實。
• 協助美國加盟主或代理商進行人員訓練、教育制度導入與品牌價值傳遞。 回饋美國區營運問題,提出具體建議並協助總部跨部門溝通改善方案。
• 協助國際部門規劃新店展開計畫與營運初期支援,包括動線建議、人員調度與開幕活動執行。 協助總部彙整美國營運數據與績效指標,定期產出分析報告供管理決策。
• 不定期至美國各州出差或短期駐點(依實際情況安排)。 協助處理與美國當地勞動法規、食品安全規範相關的營運配合事宜。
• 因應跨國時差,需能有效管理與台灣總部及美國加盟商/團隊的即時溝通與回報。 【其他條件】 個性樂觀、對新事物具備挑戰精神、工作彈性高,並能接受公司快速調整策略。
• 具備良好的情緒管理能力,能在高壓環境中保持冷靜,理性應對挑戰與突發狀況,維持專業的工作態度。
• 具備清晰、有效的跨文化溝通能力,能協調台灣總部與美國團隊之間的差異。

【加分條件】

• 參考『零規則』,曾經將繁瑣的步驟簡化,並建立起能被檢核的工作流程。
• 具有 1-2 年的門市督導或新創公司經驗。 熟悉 Notion 軟體加分。
• 具餐飲業相關經營經驗,或熟悉美國當地餐飲市場文化尤佳。
• 具英語或雙語能力(中英文)溝通佳,能應對不同文化背景的加盟商與消費者。 熟悉美國勞動法規、食品安全規範、商業營運環境者優先。
