▍職位概述

我們正在尋找一位經驗豐富、具備領導潛力的財務主任。您將作為承上啟下的中階管理核心,負責帶領並指導財務團隊(包含專員與助理),確保客戶帳務的品質與時效,並透過專業的審核與溝通,為客戶提供精確、可靠的財務資訊與卓越服務。

此職位不需從事初階的帳務登打,而是專注於管理、複核與品質控管,是確保部門運作順暢與客戶滿意度的關鍵角色。

▍工作內容

  1. 團隊管理與時程掌控:


• 領導並指導 2-3 名財務專員及助理,分配任務並優化團隊工作流程。


• 全面控管客戶的內、外帳務處理進度,確保所有交付項目準時完成。

  1. 帳務品質複核:


• 複核團隊產出的內、外帳務,確保其準確性、完整性與法規遵循性。


• 針對客戶每月視覺化報表進行最終審核,確保數據無誤、呈現清晰。


• **核心審核能力:**需能獨立複核財務三大報表(資產負債表、損益表、現金流量表),並提出洞見。

  1. 客戶溝通與關係維護:


• 作為新客戶導入的主要窗口,協助完成與業務部門、客戶前事務所的資料交接與建檔。


• 能夠向客戶簡易說明財務報表內容,並建立穩固的信任關係。

▍薪資條件

具實務會計經驗兩年以上 試用期6萬起(面議)至7萬,試用期後依職能進行額外調整

▍必備條件


• 具備 3-5 年以上完整會計實務經驗,深刻理解內、外帳的作業邏輯與差異。


• 具備會計師事務所經驗者為佳,能快速適應多樣化的客戶行業。


• 擁有至少 2-3 人的團隊管理或督導經驗。


• 精通財務三大報表的編制與分析能力。


• 熟悉現行會計準則及稅務法規。


• 展現出色的組織能力、細心度與強烈的責任感。


• 加分條件:


• 熟悉會計軟體及數據視覺化工具(如 Power BI, Tableau)。


• 持有記帳士、會計師等專業證照。
