  • Handle timely and accurate disclosure of material information and announcements through the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).
  • Manage stock affairs, including regulatory compliance, shareholder services, and capital increase matters.
  • Support corporate governance evaluations, business registration, and company website maintenance.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
