Role Summary:

You will analyse market dynamics, forecast demand, evaluate business impacts, and develop strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyse market dynamics and trends, with a focus on PMIC and Discrete semiconductor segments, to develop demand forecasts/models.
  • Monitor and assess market events, industry developments, and competitive movements, quantifying their potential business impact on the company.
  • Develop and propose strategic business recommendations to senior executives, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth research on customer demand, supply chain factors, and emerging market opportunities to guide business strategies.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

  • MS degree in Engineering, with MBA as a plus or vice versa
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (experience in automotive is a plus).
  • Strong market analysis skills to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen to drive effective decision-making.
  • Skilled in demand modeling, market forecasting, and data-driven business analysis.
