How You'll Make An Impact
- You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- You will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- You will identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, and resolve issues proactively.
- You will monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and budget adherence.
- You will facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments
- You will conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- You will facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- You will provide regular updates to leadership and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- You will support continuous improvement in project processes and cross-team collaboration.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree and above, majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Automation related subjects. Power grids related system & product knowledge plus.
- Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. TR market knowledge plus.
- Strong interpersonal competence to build up, extend and enhance strong customer relationships.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools.
- Managerial experience will be plus and strong leadership for calibration with various stakeholders, result-orientated, self-driven.
- Good English & MS Office level and could adapt to frequent travels.
