Preferred qualifications:
- Experience creating, analyzing, and reporting metrics for all aspects of project and program management including development, testing, bugs, issues, etc.
- Experience in managing software engineering programs.
- Experience in applying project management techniques, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across businesses, leadership, and teams.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Drive defining, costing, planning, tracking, and executing programs across engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Program managers, Software Engineers and cross functional teams to build features and manage technical dependencies across the stack.
- Drive alignment across teams, organizations to reach consensus on product direction, north-star metrics, engineering feasibility, etc.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and exercise technical and product judgment to cost projects, manage schedules, and resolve project issues.
- Manage a collection of technical projects, drive a multi-quarter road-map, and communicate to a network of stakeholders.
