Purpose of role:
This role will be responsible for establish and implement strategies that have short to mid-term impact on business results in alignment with organization objective to achieve sales, profitability and growth target and manage P&L and key budgets. The position requires in-depth cross-channel knowledge of Sales and Customer Management.
Responsibilities include:
- Key owner of the assigned accounts and customers to drive business growth and deliver business result aligned with company objectives
- Be responsible for the P&L and demand forecast of the assigned accounts
- Responsible to understand customers' strategic priorities and propose commercially viable joint business plans that creates winning outcomes for the customer and Blackmores.
- Develop customer/ channel plan which is aligned with brand and company commercial strategies and objectives
- Manage the planning-to-execution of in-store plans and strive for execution excellence
- Plan and manage customer conflict in an effective and respectful manner. And negotiate and influence customers and all performance drivers to deliver business objectives
- Provide channels / customer insights and recommendation with solid data analysis improve business and marketing strategies to accomplish business KPI
- Excellent team player to maintain effective collaboration with various stakeholders across various functions
Who are you?
- A minimum of bachelor's degree and sales experience within FMCG is highly preferable
- Proven expertise and record of success in the sales and trade marketing function with over 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of all aspects of the retail environment (Modern Trade Channels, Category Management, distributor management, Sales Development) with strong analytical skill and strategic thinking
- Good Communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders
- Independent, confident and results driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
- Proven experience in demonstrating Integrity, Ambition, Anticipation, Agility and Accountability and ability to inspire a sales team and develop a fun and entrepreneurial Sales team Culture
