Job Summary

As the senior leader overseeing all Information Technology functions, you will define and execute Corporate's IT strategy, infrastructure roadmap and cybersecurity governance to ensure operational stability and data protection across global manufacturing site.

【Key responsibility】

  1. Information Technology Strategy and Governance

  2. Define mid-to-long term Information Technology strategy and roadmap aligned with Corporate goal.

  3. Establish Information Technology governance including cybersecurity policies, system structure and risk management .
  4. Plan Corporate Information Technology's budget and ROI management to support Business growth and development.

.Infrastructure and Operation

  • Lead enterprise infrastructure architecture, including server, network, data center and virtualization environment
  • Oversee IT setup and integration for global sites to ensure all policies in consistency.
  • Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery(DR) and Business Continuity (BCP)plans, including virtual desktop contingency mechanisms.
  • Implement system monitoring, automatic operation and efficiency management to enhance reliability and performance.

Cybersecurity and Risk Management

  • Build up enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and protection system to implement in manufacturing and R&D process.
  • Enhance IAM/PAM, threat detection and incident response capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO27001,NIST and relevant cybersecurity regulations.
  • Assess and mitigate across suppliers and manufacturing partners.

4.Enterprise Business Systems Integration

  • Structure Enterprise business system s centered on ERP(SAP),integrating financial, HR, Supply chain and manufacturing processes.
  • Lead ERP/SAP architecture optimization and cross-site resilience planning/
  • Drive integration among business systems and internal platform(PLM, WMS. HR. BI,etc)

【Qualification】

  1. Education: Master's degree in Information Management, Information Engineering ,Computer Science.
  2. Experience :Global IT Infrastructure, ERP Integration and cybersecurity governance
  3. language: Fluent English

【Preferred Qualifications】

  1. Lead the projects in ERP integration, cybersecurity consolidation and data center centralization.
  2. Be Familiar with IT Environment and regulation in electricity industry , semi-conductor industry and Precision Manufacturing Industry
