TW Taipei City Suite CF ZT Systems Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for cable assemblies, including high-speed, power, and control cables used in server platforms.
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and onboarding for new server product programs during the NPI lifecycle (EVT, DVT, PVT).
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Development teams to ensure supplier alignment with design specs, reliability, and compliance standards.
  • Drive cost modeling, TCO analysis, and supplier quotation processes to meet cost, quality, and lead time targets.
  • Ensure supplier capability and capacity assessments are completed prior to product ramp.
  • Monitor and mitigate supplier risks including long lead components, geopolitical factors, and supply constraints.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with at least 3+ years focused on cable/interconnects in the server, networking, or data center hardware industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing sourcing for NPI programs in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and supplier relationship management experience.
  • Deep understanding of cable types, signal integrity, and compliance standards relevant to server platforms.
