I. JOB SUMMARY
Lead a global team of 2-4 sourcing specialists responsible for the sourcing and supply chain activities for Hyve Solutions
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a global team of 2-4 sourcing specialists responsible for the sourcing and supply chain activities for Hyve Solutions in data center hardware industry
• Establish and manage onbroading/offboarding of supplier base that will serve product and demand requirements in next 5 years
• Develop category strategies that enhance supply chain competitiveness and consistently keeping at pace with cutting-edge industry & technology trends
• Implement supplier management tools (scorecard, QBR/HBR, executive sponsorship) to continuously improve supplier performance
• Identify supply resources gaps with customer demand (supply chain continuity, material compliance, supplier certifications, manufacturing capacities) to drive for supplier actions & supports
• Establish complex contractual relationships with suppliers on global scale, define negotiation strategies and drive negotiations to achieve desired goals and objectives
• Coach and lead team members on sourcing plans that support execution of category strategies: long-term agreements, annual contracts, memos of understanding, spot buys
• Lead category teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, engineering, NPI, quality internal stakeholders
