• Perform Accounting daily job such as payment and journal entry.


• Perform supplier/forwarder payment.


• Perform Taxation job such as VAT, withholding tax & monthly reporting.


• Handle intercompany transactions.


• Support audit on audit schedule and providing data.


• In-charge of fixed asset such as update fixed asset list, fixed asset tagging & monitoring office supplies/equipment with detailed listing.


• Filing/arrangement of accounting/finance related documents.

Qualifications


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office as frequently required to process reports and create documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


• Basic knowledge about Taiwan compliance (Taxation, Accounting and etc.)


• Basic written and verbal skills in English.


• Good communication skills.


• Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with Manager and other group office accounting members.


• Good time management. Able to complete the task within the given timeline.
