Job Requirements

  1. Strategic Planning and Partnership Management
    : Develop long - term strategic plans and annual work plans for the company's ICT product OEM business to ensure alignment with the company's overall development strategy.
  2. Production Management and Quality Control
    : Organize and coordinate the production plans of OEM manufacturers to ensure that products are delivered on time, with high quality and in the required quantity.
  3. Cost Management and Risk Management
    : Conduct cost accounting and analysis for the OEM business, formulate cost - control strategies, and reduce production and operating costs by optimizing the supply chain, negotiating purchase prices, etc.
  4. Team Management and Cross - departmental Collaboration
    : Build and manage the OEM business team. Recruit, train, appraise performance, and motivate team members to improve the overall quality and business capabilities of the team.

Qualifications

  1. A full - time undergraduate degree or above, preferably in ICT - related majors such as electronic engineering, communication engineering, computer science, etc.
  2. With over 8 years of working experience in the ICT industry, including more than 5 years of OEM business management experience. Those with work experience in well - known ICT companies or large Taiwanese OEM manufacturers are preferred.
  3. Those with a European permanent residence permit or work visa are preferred.
