Field Sales Representative

HYVE SOLUTIONS is looking for a highly talented, detail-oriented and motivated individual with solid understanding of datacenter hardware and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment responsible for selling integration services; providing design services and engineering support to new customers with a key focus on customers that require hardware deployment for specific vertical markets. Verticals include: Social Media, Cloud Computing, Hosting, Medical, Entertainment, Financial, Storage and others.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver presentations and developing key business relationships both internally and externally.
- Works within an assigned team/channel to meet and/ or exceed assigned sales productivity goals and/or quotas on a monthly and quarterly bases.
- Maintains current job and industry/product knowledge pertaining to assigned sales accounts.
- Focuses on developing and selling to under optimized accounts.
- Develops and maintains vendor and/ or customer relationships (existing and new).
- Some negotiating of prices, facilitating and assisting with credit & Customer services issues.
- Foster, promote and strengthen relationships with focus list customers.
- Works with internal departments (i.e. Product Management) on customer specific vendor forecast, consumption reporting and promotional planning.
- Ability to analyze and pro-actively solve problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2-8 years of equivalent years of experiences in a related field.
- A solid understanding of marketing and/or business management with a proven track record in closing business.
- Established knowledge and understanding of the interfaces and interrelationships between sales, marketing and business development.
- Proven project management skills including the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated competitive intelligence with a solid foundation in sales and market best practice including the ability to quickly assess and gather information and deliver results within a very short timeframe.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Solid business communication skills, particularly facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
